As a Virtual Assistant, you will join our Business Support team and assist our clients with performance of the following activities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration: Database Management, Data Entry, Email Management, Booking Appointments, Project Support, Website Content Management, and Reporting.
  • Customer Support: Responding to enquiries, live chat, order management, etc.
  • Digital Marketing: Social Media Account Creation and Management, Creation of Content and Scheduling, Report Generation, etc.
  • HR: Payroll, Recruitment, Absence Management, and any other HR-related tasks as required.
  • Other Tasks: Any other tasks as appropriate and required.

What You Need:

  • Must be educated to degree level with a business or computing background preferred. Candidates with other subject areas would be considered.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to listen and ask questions.
  • Attention to detail.

As a Technical Specialist, you will join our Specialist Support team and assist our clients with the performance of the following activities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Design
  • Website Development
  • Mobile Apps
  • Software Development

What You Need:

  • Curious and innovative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to listen and ask questions
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Must be educated to degree level with an IT or Computer Science related background preferred
  • Experienced in using WordPress, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Git, MYSQL among others
  • Ability to analyze code for weaknesses and errors, and present detailed plans to improve them
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experienced in developing customized code for a number of projects simultaneously
