As a Virtual Assistant, you will join our Business Support team and assist our clients with performance of the following activities:
-Administration (Database Management, Data Entry, Email Management, Booking Appointments, Project support, Website content management and reporting);
-Customer Support (responding to enquiries, live chat, order management etc) and
-Digital Marketing (Social Media account creation and management, creation of contents and scheduling, report generation etc).
HR- Payroll, recruitment, absence management and any other HR related tasks as required.
-Any other task as appropriate and required

What you need:
- Must be educated to degree level with business or computing background preferred. Candidates with other subject areas would be considered.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to listen and ask questions
- Attention to detail

Role: Technical Specialist (Specialist Support Team)

As a Technical Specialist, you will join our Specialist Support team and assist our clients with the performance of the following activities:
- Website Design
- Website Development
- Mobile Apps
- Software Development

What you need:
- Curios and innovative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to listen and ask questions

- Ability to work on your own and part of a team
- Must be educated to degree level with IT or Computer Science related background preferred.
- Experienced in using WordPress, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Git, MYSQL among others
- Ability to analyze code for weaknesses and errors, and present detailed plans to improve them
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experienced in developing customized code for a number of projects simultaneously
